21.03.2025Under the complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemic recently, the Vietnam IPO announces:
a) For online application: The applicant shall apply through the Online Public Service Portal, then send the filing receipt together with the bank payment order.
Applicants can search application information that has been filed through their online account. Filed application and payment receipt shall be sent to the Applicant via the registered email address.
b) For applications submitted by post: The applicant delivers the application, documents, and payment proof to the head office of the National Office of Intellectual Property (No. 386 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi).
The NOIP will return the Filed Application, payment receipts, and related documents, etc. to the Applicant by registered postage address.

This notification is applied until another contrary one is issued.
