Updated information regarding PPH Program between Vietnam Intellectual Property Office (IP Vietnam) and Japan Patent Office (JPO)
Until October 16, 2020, the IP Vietnam was received total of 104 requests for examination acceleration for patent application (Patent Prosecution Highway – PPH program) for the period from October 01, 2020 to March 31, 2021 according to Agreement between Vietnam National Office of Intellectual Property (IP Vietnam) and Japan Patent Office.
Therefore, therefore, no slots for PPH Program are available in this period.
