IP HELP DESK – The Consulting Department for industrial property registration by Vietnam IPO

Starting from December 1, 2020, the Consulting Department – guiding the registration procedures of Industrial Property (referred to as IP Help Desk) of the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam officially came into operation.

In the current socio-economic development context, intellectual property rights occupy an increasingly important position. Accordingly, the need for industrial property registration is becoming more and more urgent.

In order to provide guidance and advice to organizations and individuals in the implementation of registration procedures for establishment of industrial property rights, as well as to quickly and effectively answer matters related to administrative procedures, NOIP implements the operation of IP Help Desk with the following specific information:

1. Working place:

Room 101, Building A, Office of Intellectual Property, No. 384 -386 Nguyen Trai street, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi city, Vietnam

2. Working time:

Every Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and New Year as prescribed by law).

– Morning: from 08:00 to 11:30.

– Afternoon: from 13:00 to 17:00.
