PATENT FEES IN VIETNAM

Start by reviewing the official fee schedule provided by the Vietnam National Office of Intellectual Property (NOIP). This schedule typically outlines the various fees associated with patent applications, including filing fees, examination fees, and publication fees.

The substantive examination request can be filed simultaneously at the filing time or within 36 months for utility solutions and 42 months for invention from the earliest priority date/filing date
